Purchasing Policies


METHOD OF PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All orders can also be shipped COD Money Order or Cashiers Check, no personal checks are accepted. Orders subject to Money orders will be shipped within 24 Hours after the money order is received. Nevada State orders are subject to
sales tax.

RETURN POLICY
We will exchange or refund any regular price item within 15 days of receipt of the shipment. After the 15-day period, Absolute International, LP will not be liable to issue a return authorization. Items returned to us in new condition (not worn, washed, customized or altered) will receive a full refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping fees for returns and
exchanges are not refundable, however, if you request an exchange we will ship the new item free of charge. In order to get proper credit, please follow these steps:

Step 1. Call our Customer Care toll-free at 702-990-3900 (24 hours a day/7 days a week) or email us at info@absoluteint.net to notify us of the return or exchange with your full name and order number if you have it.

Step 2. Please state the reason for the return.

Step 3. We will provide you over the phone/e-mail a return authorization
approval number, which needs to be marked on the outside of the returned package. Send the merchandise back to:

Step 4. Please note, if merchandise is damaged, worn or stained no credit will be given. All original tags should be attached, the item must be unworn and in new condition, and all original packaging included. Please package the item to protect from harm while shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to us. We strongly recommend you ship via a trackable method and keep a record of your shipping confirmation for your protection.

Step 5. Once we receive the return, we will immediately process a request to credit your account or send you another item, depending on your request.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY
For your protection, our web site uses 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
data encryption, which will automatically initiate a secure session with
your browser before any order or personal information is sent over the
Internet. This state-of-the-art encryption software ensures that your credit card information travels the Internet securely. For your protection, credit card orders supplied to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification. Absolute International, LP respects your privacy and therefore will never sell or otherwise distribute any personal information that you have necessarily provided for ordering. CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER
Should you decide to change or cancel an order, kindly contact our Customer Care toll-free at 702-990-3900 or by email at info@absoluteint.net. If the merchandise has not been shipped, the entire amount will be refunded. However, In the event, the item(s) has/have been shipped, you will be charged for shipping if canceled. However if exchanged for an item of same or greater value no additional shipping cost will be charged, but you are responsible for shipping charges for sending back the items for exchange.

SHIPPING POLICY
Your order will be shipped Ground UPS or Ground Fedex. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Same day shipping is available on in stock items. You will be notified if we are unable to ship your order, or if your items are on
backorder. If shipping to multiple locations, each location will be charged.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES: Prior to ordering, customers must contact our Customer Care at 702-990-3900 or e-mail us at info@absoluteint.net to receive the exact rate for an international delivery.
